Rise began as an idea of release, or letting go of someone who has passed away. It transitioned into a wave lifting to reach a rising star or spirit. It’s part of a series I’m calling Flow and each print will have a different style of water.

Rise is printed on Arches Cover black printmaking paper with ink that transitions from pale into dark blue. It is a small edition of 14 prints. The image is 9 x 10 inches and the paper is 11 x 13 inches.
